Once you have confirmed your Firepit order and made the payment you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order. If your Firepit is in stock and not on backorder it will be shipped within 3 working days. 

 

Once your Firepit order is placed we will make all the delivery arrangements and have your order shipped within 3 days of your order being placed. Once your Firepit order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details for shipment. The time from leaving our warehouse to your address depends on your shipping address but is ussually 1 to 5 days.

 

Unfortunately products sometimes get damaged during shipment. Please make sure you inspect packaging and the product on delivery and note any damges on the delivery note. Take pictures of the damaged packaging and product and send it to us. We will lodge an insurance claim to claim the damages.

 

If you require whiteglove delivery on your Firepit, please reach out to us once you have placed your order. We will make the arrangements accordingly.

 

 

A Propane Tank is a seperate Tank which contain the gas required to burn inside the Firepit. The Propane Tank can be connected directly to the Firepit but must be purchased seperately. For Natural Gas Firepit a line from your home gas line network must be installed.

 

No. However, you can purchase a conversion kit to be able to equip Propane Tank or Natural Gas line.

 

A certified technician is required to install a Natural Gas unit but others you can install by yourself.

 

Please view the weight for your specific Firepit to determine if you need special equipment. Most Firepits can be carried by two people and set down in position.
